In addition to running his wine import and marketing company, Dalla Terra, Brian Larky has: kayaked and rafted down more miles of river than Dr. Livingston, guided rivers in North America, Africa (including a four-month stint as head whitewater guide on the African Rainbow Equatorial Expedition, the first known crossing of equatorial Africa by boat through the waterways between the Indian and Atlantic Oceans), Europe and Asia. He has sailed the seven seas, including many transoceanic voyages and yacht races. He is a private, commercial and instrument rated pilot. He is a scuba Divemaster, catches big fish, and shreds deep powder from Cortina to Taos. He's climbed from Nepal to Tibet. Conservative estimate: he's probably taken 5,000 photos of fish, animals, mountains, boats, coastlines, an occasional kid. He is hopelessly addicted to the wild.
